Le Bouquet Nantais allows you to follow the delivery status of your order, so you can find out at what time your address as received your bouquet, and know that you are thinking of him or her.
How does it work ?
The day before delivery, you'll receive an e-mail with your package number. Take that number and get connected on the shipper's link to follow your order.
You have not received any email or your mail box is out of order ?
Don't worry, Le Bouquet Nantais is at your disposal and can give you all the necessary informations. Call us at 02 40 65 10 10 (from 9AM
to 1PM and from 2PM to 6.30PM from Monday to Friday, and on Saturday from 9AM to 12.30 AM) with your order number (shown on your order confirmation). We'll then give you your package number and the name of the shipping company in charge of your delivery. You'll then just have to click on the shipper's link bellow :
*For all delivery on Nantes and its suburbs, the follow up is not available on computers. You can call us at 02 40 65 10 10 (from 9AM to
1PM and from 2PM to 6.30PM from Monday to Friday, and on Saturday from
9AM to 12.30 AM) if you wish to get the status of your delivery.
